Terms of Service

These terms cover the Hungry Growth Membership, the Platform Audit, and use of this website. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email hello@hungry-uae.com and ask before you buy.

"Hungry", "we" and "us" mean Hungry Growth Marketing Services, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "You" means the business entering into the agreement.

1. What the membership includes

The Hungry Growth Membership covers management of your delivery-platform presence: menu and listing management, advertising management, search visibility work, promotions planning, a monthly performance report, and a named growth partner who coordinates with your platform account manager.

There is one membership. There are no tiers and no core service withheld for a higher package. The scope applies to the brands and locations named in your order.

2. What it does not include

The following are your costs and remain under your control. We do not mark them up and we never take a commission on them:

• Advertising budget, paid directly to the platforms
• Platform commissions and the cost of any discounts or promotions
• Photography and content production
• Menu design

3. Pricing, billing and cancellation

Membership starts at AED 3,999 per month per brand, billed quarterly at AED 11,997 per quarter. A month-to-month option is available at 15% more, with a one-month minimum. Your price depends only on the number of brands and locations you ask us to manage; the current price is always shown on the pricing calculator on this site.

Prices shown are the total amount payable. Hungry is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Fees are payable in advance. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date, with no exit fee. Cancellation stops the next cycle; it does not refund a cycle already started. To cancel, email us before the renewal date.

We may change our prices, but never mid-cycle for work you have already paid for. Existing members get at least 30 days' notice before a change applies to them.

4. The Platform Audit

The Platform Audit is a one-off engagement at AED 1,500, delivered within one week of us receiving access to your platform accounts. It produces a written findings report and a 90-day plan.

If you start a membership within 14 days of your report being delivered, the AED 1,500 is credited in full against your first month. The exact expiry date is stated on your report. The audit is a one-off purchase and is not refundable once the report has been delivered.

5. Access and your accounts

To do the work, you will give us manager-level access to your delivery-platform accounts. Those accounts remain yours at all times. We do not transfer them, rename them into our ownership, or retain access after the engagement ends — access is removed on request or at cancellation.

You confirm that you are authorised to grant that access, and that the information you give us about your business is accurate.

6. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee a specific result, revenue figure, ranking position or return. Anyone in this industry who does is guessing. Delivery performance depends on your food, your operations, your area, your pricing, your competitors and decisions the platforms make — most of which are not ours to control.

What we commit to is the work itself: the plan, the changes, the management and the monthly report, done to the standard described in these terms. Any figures shown on this website relating to past work are historical, describe a specific brand, and are not a forecast of your results.

7. Your responsibilities

• Give us the access and information we need to do the work
• Respond to decisions that are yours to make — budgets, promotions, menu and pricing changes
• Make the operational changes we recommend, or tell us you are not going to, so we can plan around it
• Pay on time

Where work stalls because access or a decision is outstanding, that time still forms part of your billing cycle.

8. Confidentiality

Your commercial information — revenue, spend, margins, menus and performance data — is confidential. We will not disclose it, and we will not name you publicly as a client or publish your figures without your written permission.

9. Intellectual property

Menus, photography, brand assets and content you provide remain yours. Reports, plans and analysis we produce for you are yours to use within your business once paid for. The methods, tooling and systems we use to produce them remain ours.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

11. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end the agreement at the end of a billing cycle. We may suspend or end it immediately if fees are unpaid, if required access is withdrawn, or if we are asked to do something unlawful or misleading. On termination we remove our access and hand over any work already paid for.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We would always rather resolve something by email first — start with hello@hungry-uae.com.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for you is the one published when you started or last renewed. Material changes are notified to active members by email at least 30 days in advance.
